The German standards, regulations and laws are particularly strict in contrast to other countries and therefore we rely exclusively on components and software from Germany. The quality that our customers value is also characterized by a very good insulation of the continuous dryers. The surface temperature and the resulting heat dissipation into the customer premises are low.

The infrared heaters which are installed in our dryers GIANT and EVENThave a standby function.
This is individually customizable for each customer and for each situation and can always be adjusted according to the requirements of the respective customer.
Thus economical energy consumption is possible.


4. Extensive acceptance by the TESOMA-Team
All of the dryers and ovens we produce are built up internally by our team. Afterwards extensive tests are carried out.

In addition to the acceptance by the team machine tests provide excellent control in the production process.
Our employees use the recorded temperature curves to define and correct even the smallest weak points in the heat range.
The built-in DATAPACKS provide detailed and accurate protocols.


6. Heat recovery system for environmental protection
With the proven dryer series EVENT and GIANT which are further developed according to the constantly changing market requirements, coatings can be dried which have been applied to glass by means of screen printing, digital printing, roller application, spraying or casting. The systems have an integrated heat recovery system.

7. Resource conservation and recycling of solar modules
Many efforts to develop ecologically and economically sound recycling processes for photovoltaic modules have failed in recent years while a universal method has been established step by step in Saxony. While Loser Chemie developed the process we designed the system that would enable photovoltaic modules to be separated. In the machine thin-film photovoltaic modules are first exposed by means of a laser which makes it possible to pull apart the disks in the second part of the machine. The process is unique worldwide. As a company of Loser Holding GmbH we are extremely proud to be able to make a contribution to improving resource efficiency in collaboration with our sister Loser Chemie.
