Flocking – Special solutions for drying textiles with flock
The challenge in textile finishing with flock: The drying process of textiles after flocking. Why? The extra very light flock fibers permanently clog the conventional air filter of the dryer during drying. Continuous drying is hindered.
What does Tesoma offer? Two optional extras make the dryer fit for flocking: The equipment of our textile dryer with a suction unit above the inlet and/or outlet for the initial extraction of loose flock material and the installation of a specially designed flock filter, which can absorb large amounts of loose flock material without clogging the air filter.

Special flock filter
Installation of a specially designed flock filter that can hold large quantities of loose flock material without clogging the air filter. The change and cleaning of the flock filter is analogous to the conventional air filter with a few simple steps.
