Tesoma is a global specialist and technological leader for drying solutions.

We deliver high quality drying solutions to the textile, garment and apparel decorating industries and are looking for a Electrician on our site in Lichtenau, Saxony.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

» Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to Tesoma’s General Manager
» Responsibility for our P&L and budget report generation, including presenting your findings and recommendations to top management
» Finance department leader while driving analytics, data reporting, and business insights for the assigned business group
» Maintain and enhance the monthly overheads budget vs. actual for the company
»Support the General Manager on annual and long-range financial and operational planning and drive efficiency
» Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for internal stakeholders to enable optimal financial management of their areas of the business
» Initiate and drive process improvements that enable Tesoma to scale up
» Partner closely with the external advisors, accounting team locally and HQ for month-end and quarter-end year-end and tax
» reporting, driving. cross-team processes to maintain and improve the predictability of financial results
» Partner closely with other internal groups such as HR, legal, compliance, operations facilities, and IT to maintain visibility and
accuracy of data critical to the forecast

REQUIRED SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

» Degree or equivalent ideally in finance, economic or business
administration
» Experienced in working at a senior level within an international matrix
organization of comparable size and complexity
» Experienced with Datev accounting systems & ERP IFOS is big
advantage
» Experience and high working standards with Corporate HQ
» Ideally experience in dealing with stock reporting
» Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field´s concepts, practices
and procedures
» Experience in leading and directing the work of others
» Fluent English & German speaker
