Tesoma is a global specialist and technological leader for drying solutions.
We deliver high quality drying solutions to the textile, garment and apparel decorating industries and are looking for a Sales & Product Director on our site in Lichtenau, Saxony
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
» Lead Tesoma’s sales and products department
» Support the sells of Kornit’s smart curing solutions through our partner network and through Kornit’s direct salespeople
» Join the management team, take part in managing the daily business while defining Tesoma’s strategy for the future
» Ensure and manage a strong pipeline of sales ideas and sales projects, to meet or exceed sales targets
» Join the team that define the technological solution, become accountable to the product success
» Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their requirements, enable the tools to supports customers achieving their specific
business goals
» Proactively develop Tesoma’s business, identify market trends and react
» Build a trustful, cooperative and mutually beneficent relationship
in the entire Kornit organization
REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Ideally university Degree in Business Administration, Sales or
engineering degree
» Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in B2B
sales – ideally from a capital equipment and consultative selling
environment
» Technical presell capabilities with strong presentation skills and
good customer facing
» Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals
» Experience with strategic accounts & Project management skills
at scale – must
» Exceptional organizational and time management skills
» Data driven and sales ops know how, a big plus is
» Passion for new challenges in a dynamic market environment
» Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
» Business fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
The assignment takes place mainly at the company headquarters in Lichtenau near Chemnitz. It is an unlimited full-time position. Start of contract by arrangement.
