We deliver high quality drying solutions to the textile, garment and apparel decorating industries and are looking for a
Service Manager on our site in Lichtenau, Saxony

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

» E2E accountability for Tesoma’s customers & channels, ensure good customer experience and satisfaction.
» Responsible for the plans and execution of Tesoma’s service.
» Drive service revenues, contracts penetration & growth
» Manage service team, provide coaching and set the tone for engagement.
» Recruit and support development of service staff members.
» Define approach for common and complex business/technical issues.
» Understand and drive specific actions to decrease on-site visits and material consumption to achieve budget targets.
» Drive knowledge management and close knowledge gaps
in the field.
» Support business and technical escalation with technical
analysis and troubleshooting

REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
» Leadership and managerial experience – > 5 years
» Formal technical education [BSc or equivalent]» Technical analysis skills and vast experience in complex troubleshooting
» Statistics and data analysis
» Presentation skills – written and verbal, customer focused
» Teamwork and collaborative approach to work in a complex
matrix environment of field, function, HQ and sales.
» Open to learn and take new challanges
» Good project management skills

The assignment takes place mainly at the company headquarters in
Lichtenau near Chemnitz. It is an unlimited full-time position. Start
of contract by arrangement.
